Monthly Internet Headache

What a horrible experience i am currently having with them. Every month end we have no internet connection for a whole day. This just after we make payment. I feel like they *****ing my money as I loose revenue from been down all day for a day. They make promises so you sign up then tether you every night, and give you no connection once a month. They blame clear access and vice versa. really frustrating
