Missing T & C's

In February 2023 I subscribed to a....."50Mbps Uncapped MTN LTE Combo".. service offered by Axxess. Service for the period to 20 December 2024 was without hassles. On the 20 December 2024 my download speed went down to less than 2MBPS. I contacted the support division and was informed that I exceded the monthly limit of 100 gigabyte. Never was I told or informed of any monthly limit. My latest invoice, attached, clearly states uncapped. The consultant could not assist this very unhappy customer.
