Missing Sent Items

Logged a call thats now 7 weeks old to recover missing sent items,today Im told they cant recover those mails and I have to deal with the fact that they cant be recovered,very unprofessional service from these people,two domains lost valuable mails and they can tell me is I have to accept that mails are gone,I gave them business because I trusted them and now I dont feel safe for my business anymore
