Misleading is their middle name

I wish to cancel my Axxess account and on my statement all it says any changes to your account must be done before the 25th... Now I want to cancel on the 20th and suddenly there is problems. First they tell me I can't cancel as I signed up on a promo... And can only cancel after 6 months. I have been with Axxess for years. They changed us all over last year November and now suddenly thats my problem and I have signed for a new promo. Then they tell me I am cancelled but only for next month...why not specify that on their statement. Cancel but only for the next month. I'm tired of Axxess the few times I've asked for help no one gets back to you but now they want money and I get a reply within a few minutes. I will not pay. They have no right to do as they please.
