Misleading adverti*****t and Bad (and rude) service

I place an order for fibre line to be install, on the 20th they came, the gentle men then exain that someone else needs to come with the router, they are misleading in the advertising and nou saying that a R250 delivery fee must be paid so that the router can be delivered. They have a the worse customer service, very rude and not willing to help. Will not recommend this provider, if Afrihost(vumatel) was in that area i would highly recommend people to use Afrihost (vumatel).
