Metro Fibre

I've placed an order with metro fibre end of Nov 2024, I tried following up with my order via phone calll I was told there's not order with my name in the systme even after I've provided the reference number I was given. PLaced an order again on the 6th Jan 2025, I haven't heard from any of the sales persob, I reached out via phone call again and I was never attented my phone was just on hold for more than 20 minutes.
