What doesn't make sense to me is why you are charged for the service from the day you purchase a sim and you are not allowed to go fetch it at their offices, which are literally 5minutes away from me, you have to wait for a delivery that will take over a week to get to you. Which has me asking, is the delivery really "free"? Why are you not charged for the service from the time the sim is activated/made use of? The support is close to impossible to get ahold of!
