Medal biggest B.S and worst support

Next to telkom this has to be worst customer support!

I'm trying to update one of my programs for the whole week but getting speeds of 5kB/s downloading on my 10mbps line. Tried different downloads different sites all the same.

Reported it to support, like always everything is fine on their side,but still having problems. Sent a message again,this time they don't even respond. After asking again, they say they did n test and everything downloads fine,BS!

As soon as I connect over to the free 1gig cap account all the speeds increase and my downloads go back to normal.
