Lower than one star rating if that is possible

Nothing but constant issues from connectivity to crashing hosting servers. Everyday is a new issue. They NEVER EVER call back. Their management HIDE away and are sheltered by the call centre agents who are NOT qualified to do anything other than say "your call is being escalated". They are arrogant and treat their customers like pure GARBAGE. The only efficient side of their business is when they take your money every month . . . that NEVER fails! And if you miss the payment cut off by an hour, they cut your services and it takes them at least a day to reconnect everything again. I have never come across a bigger bunch of AMATEURS in my life! ISP of the year for so many years???? Did they create this "award" by themselves for themselves?
