**** Low Speed But Paying R699

I started using Axxess home internet late July. I pay R699 monthly for 200MBPS on a 600GB AUP/FUP but I have been experiencing the worst service. The 1st few days before we even made our monthly installment the speed was 75MBPS but as soon as we started to pay it was reduced to less than 5MBPS but I am still paying R699 for the 200MBPS. I have reached out to the customer service agents attached my screenshots of the speedtest but still no help as we speak I am sitting on 0.7MBPS which is nothing compared to what I am paying for. This has really shown that they just sell you dreams by giving you good speed at 1st but then reducing it after you start making payments. Beware of this **** because even a sim card has better speed when I use it as a Hotspot but it's both the same Vodacom network
