I have played this game before. There is a power failure. All my Axxass services get cut off. I call / mail tech support. I get told to do all sorts of procedures via cables & ports I don't have. Then somewhere between 5 hours & 5 days my service magically comes back, once while I was even talking to you Why don't you just tell customers "tech support" is just a call centre? The actual work will be done by another company Customers must suck it up, because other service providers are just as bad, if not worse. Have a nice day
