Lost Mails,Poor Service,Constant Mail Outages

I dont real know where to start,Axxess is one of the worse service provider I have ever had,logged a call 6 weeks back till today no reply,no sense or urgent or what so ever. They lost my sent Items when they had a week outage of their mail platform and they just telling me they cant retrieve them,I must live with it. DONT USE THEIR SERVICES,I PROMISE YOU,you will regret
