Long standing client simply ignored.

I've been with this company for years and spend countless even referred clients, but in the last 2 years things have just gotten to the point where its not even worth it. For the amount Im paying for hosting I might as well move to AWS. I've had countless issues with their WHM & Cpanel which is a paid license as part of their cloud service. My most recent (FEB 2020 - 4 months ago) I logged an issue with regards to their WHM having issues with sub domains up until now I have had no response. This service level is unacceptable and I will simply move away and take my business with.
