Line Migration | No Support and Rude Support Staff

I recently moved addresses and let me tell you, migrating a line with Axxess is like pulling teeth or fingernails.

They have given me zero support during the transition. They even told me that they did not know the line was migrated a week after Metrofibre finished the installation at the new address. I just need a basic router setup then we're done. The support staff are either unable or unwilling to provide basic technical assistance. Their ticket response timing is worse than Telkom.

Stay away from Axxess, their service pre-COVID was great but now it's worse than any ISP I've dealt with even Telkom.
