Lack of Service and support from Access.

I am now totally disgusted by axxess support, slowly over the last 3 months their support has dropped to unacceptable. The phones have been off for 3 days, tickets have been open for 30 days, and today when I contact them via their live chat, the user WARREN, was not listening to what I was saying that the phone lines were off, he kept on telling me to call the phones. When i indicated again that I want to talk to a manager, he dropped the live chat session. This unfortunately is now showing there is something seriously going on at axxess and possibly time to find a new provider for services. Axxess used to have good support but it seems the company is now lacking proper support staff..
