Lack of customer service and support

They are unprofessional and ***********. I’ve had to call in multiple times today alone and no one picked up I ended up wasting a total of R100 of my own airtime. They suspended my account when I actually paid early and the call Center agent had the audacity to tell me that he doesn’t see anything on the system.

Completely disappointed.
