Keep away from Axxess and Zoom

Poor internet service and attitude toward customers. Especially The problem is mainly caused by Zoom.

Now that I want to cancel my service that I have not signed a contract for, they want to penalize me and keep the line active just to be able to send me a bill after I changed service providers.
