Waisted more then 120min calling them and as soon as they redirect you to another person they just hangup. I have recently bought the fibre box tende , which they deliverd after 10 days. And then they told my wife that it will take less the 2 weeks to be installed. Then we tried to phone them again. Another consultant told us to phone in early so we can get help in the morning. I've been phoning and holding and redialing and holding for up to 120min I want to cancel with them but still don't know how to get to them????
