ITC Number not forthcoming 20 days and counting
I have been trying to get an ITC number for a ****** SIM card from Axxess for 20 days. I get pushed from pillar to post with no resolution in sight. Without this ITC number I cannot get and SAPS case number and with out either of these numbers Outsurance will not entertain my claim for a ****** iPad.
Yesterday Axxess told me to go to an MTN store. This morning MTN told me to contact Afrihost! WHY??? I have no dealings with Afrihost! I really do not know what to do next.

22 Jan 2024, 06:56Not sure why you are blocking out the word S T O L E N! Update: Afrihost have referred me back to Axxess. So...My advice is do not take a data contract with Axxess because they refuse to issue ITC number when devices are ******.
