ISSUES STILL NOT RESOLVED

Please see posts from 14, 20 , 28 Oct and 3 Nov. I have now had to transfer my line back to Telkom due to the bad service from Axxess. I'm still waiting for the line transfer to complete, really, how bad can their service get?
