ISSUES STILL NOT RESOLVED

Good day,<br> <br> It has now been since March that I have issues with my ADSL. The service from Axxess has been poor and I get no feedback on the ticket. Tickets get's closed without my verification that the issue is resolved. They are quick to take the money, but slow to respond and provide service. I have posted on their Facebook, but the posts get merely removed. They don't like bad publicity. <br> <br> My advice to prospective customers : STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER. They are worse than Telkom.
