Issues keep coming

I initially had a complaint where p2p during off peak times where hideously slow (See TIcket 5d0eejb28). The answers I got where complete copy-paste and they where not addressing my issues. Only the usual youu are using too much bandwidth and after asking to address my queries and not paste and answer, they rep**** with something copies word for word from the AUP which even states that bandwidth intensive protocols will be given higher priority. I eventually gave up.<br> <br> This weekend my connection was extremely slow (150kpbs) and [URL Removed] not even loading. I had to phone 5 times, being on hold for about 20mins at a time (except for one time) after being attended to.<br> <br> No, my account is so severely shaped, that I can't even join Arma 3 multiplayer servers, \Connection with server was lost"(other ISP works fine).<br> <br> I know I am a heavy user. Most of the usage are from streaming video"
