ISP woes: Internet Service Provider fails business
After being throttled by Telkom, we moved with high hopes to Axxess for a 4Mbs 'business uncapped' ADSL service, their 'best seller' at R679 pm including VAT. <br> <br> It has been a disappointing struggle to try and get any service close to the promised 4 Mbps uncapped business quality - currently, at 8 pm after hours, download speed is less than 20% of promise (0.73 Mbps), and latency 'delay' a staggering 1296 ms. Worst of all, speed fluctuates wildly all over the place. <br> <br> \Shaped"? It seems like so many businesses in SA"
