ISP Axxess and Vumatel

We migrated from Cool Ideas to Axxess over a week ago and we still don't have access to wifi in our new home. We have logged numerous calls with our ISP but Vumatel are not responding with any solutions or resolve. Our experience has not been pleasant and the lack of support or urgency from Vumatel is disconcerting.
