Is this even an Internet provider?

I would go as far as to say it's a ****.

Why.

What is a ****? It is when someone sells you something and they know what they are saying or advertising as the product or service is not true.

Axxess, they are an internet provider. IN YOUR DREAMS! By saying that you actually have to provide internet, well you don't!

I have been a client for more than a year, and every month or two, there is an issue. My internet is slow, it does not work, it connects the disconnects.

And when you report it they are even WORSE. When you report it, they will always say "We are sorry about it, we are working on resolving it" Seems like a good reply, right? Well, let's look into it; if you ask them what they are working on.

Just stay away, you are better off with the internet you had at your school library. They don't know If you ask them how long it will take to resolve. They don't know If you ask them how you can follow up or have a reference for the call. They don't have one.

Tell me. How can you then be working on resolving an issue if you can't answer any of a client's questions about the issue?
