Interrupted Internet

My internet was off when I woke up on the 5th of February. At first I got the standard "We'll check and revert" replies and then afterward, I go told there was an outage.

Fast forward until after the outage was resolved, and I was STILL offline. So it was too easy just to tell me it was an outage instead of addressing my issue. 72 hours and counting without fiber!

Useless company, will never recommend them to anyone.
