INTERNET SPEED THROTTLED

Since from Sunday I had a problem with my internet speed so I tried to reset/restart my router but nothing changes.The problem is on my side it shows that I still daytime data but on their side they my daytime data has depleted which is worrying because I never received any notification say that.
