Internet disconnected for no reason.

Choosing to use Axxess was to worst decision i have ever taken in life. Not only is the network buffering when I'm working, they chose go disconnect my internet. When i called, i was told the tower that I'm connected to is congested and they will connect me to a different one, its been hours I'm still waiting, that time im working from home. Yoh hai I'm definitely canceling this useless thing.
