Inept techie staff that can't even ghet the IP address right :(

I can't believe I spent 40 minutes speaking to a techie that knows naught about her functions and wasted my time. She didn't listen in the first place. I told her the fibre was installed today. I called her at 11;10ish. In the very beginning. She took me through a sch**** of incoherent instructions. She said my IP address was wrong in the config. I did a speed test and SHE was wrong. She cannot perform basic functions and gets the freaking IP address wrong. It is under your nose. She then asks after 40 minutes when it was installed... I told her at the beginning of the call "today". Then she asks when was it installed..... I told you at the beginning TODAY. ONLY NOW DOES SHE ASK EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER. I said just before 11. The installation guy said it was working and active. THEn she said it takes four hours to be activated maybe longer..... SERIOUSLY?
