Inefficient Processes

All I want to do is update my payment method, but each time I try they ask for more documents and more emails. First I needed to send my proof of account, then ID, and then a letter and more and more and more. Why is it so difficult? Next time they’ll ask my dental records and my mother’s birth certificate. With any other service you can just add a new card and you’re set, but with them you have to climb a mountain.
