Incredibly poor service!

I have been an ADSL reseller at Axxess for a while. Recently I started moving all my services one by one to Axxess, I started by moving a few of my hosting accounts over to Axxess and this has, to say the least, been a nightmare! <br> <br> So far, 5 domains have been transferred. However, 2 of them are still pointing to the previous host. I have attempted to email hosting support to no avail. After asking support to update the nameservers of ALL my domains, including the domain names in my request, the response I got was shocking... Please elaborate on this request, the domain has been renewed and is currently active.<br> <br> This reply was sent on 2016-02-18 13:13:51, I rep**** 2016-02-18 13:45:15 and have not received a response to date. To take 4+ days to action a request as simple as updating nameservers on the COZA EPP system is shocking. Not to mention that the support consultant is not trained well enough to understand what updating nameservers mean or have not read my request in full. Either way, this is unacceptable.
