This is the most incredibly disgusting service I have EVER received!

I called before ordering a service to find out if I had the correct equipment, I was told i did, I did not need any other devices. I have bee through 6 days of hell because your service team has NO idea what they are doing, to eventually get through to someone efficient. They set up the line and put me through to the technical department to set up my router, just to be told... SORRY you DO NOT have the correct equipment. it will now take longer to set you up, In essence what I was told, is: because of our own incompetence, you will be loosing your months salary, and we still will bill you for our own incompetence!

DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!
