*********** support staff

I am now beyond "gatvol" of repeating myself over and over with these *********** staff members who are supposed to me our technical support. How can you employ these people if they dont even know how to READ? Further it seems that there is a great wall between the sales department and technical department as they have no cooking clue what their own policies are!
