Had the nastiest experience with Axxcess ISP. I requested for a new Fibre line 6 days ago. I was informed an agent would contact me within 48 hrs. I was not contacted in that time frame. I made two other calls to them and was promised my request would be fast tracked and an agent would contact me. I still didn't receive any feedback. I then signed on with a new ISP Home Connect and was signed on in 10 minutes. I then received an email from Axxcess today stating a new line has been created by them. This line was created without even consulting me.I had to call them and cancel the line. Pathetic service by Axxcess ISP. Thumbs up Home Connect agent Romana. for your efficiency.
