I signed up with Axxess on the 13/05/2020. They created 2 orders for me instead in one. I contacted them twice about removing the duplicate which they assured me they would do and then I received invoices for 2 accounts the very next day for service fees. I again contacted them another 2 times as the duplicate was still present. This incompetence led to me requesting to cancel all my doings with them as they are already made 2 mistakes with my account within 18 hours. I then sent them an additional 3 emails to cancel as well as telephonically as they do not seem to be able to understand English in my emails to cancel ALL orders. So surprise I have now gotten 3 invoices for an account which I have demanded to be closed. They are harassing a person who is not even a customer. After an email today they are still asking me if they must cancel the duplicate order which I canceled three times already. Stay away from them, they are *********** and unprofessional.
