You guys have the worst call centre agents ever and also the worst email communication system ever. What im also not happy about is that i had cancelled my internet for the last day of march without knowing that i will have to work from home because of this pandemic. but yalls system could not withdraw the cancellation even though i called 7 days before the cancellation date. now i cant work from home because of the R300 bucks more you guys will be charging me from now on, this is ridiculous. other service providers are offering payment holidays and yalls are being greedy. no wonder your trust index is on 1.8/10
