Inaccessible Axxess

Terrible support and service. All my support queries got closed (without resolve or an email that I can reply to). I have sent them speed tests. Spent hours holding and when you get through to someone, you talk to a script. Better to ask the cat for help... On top of that they sent me a bill for installation when I cancelled my account on their reliable support channel. No confirmation of the cancellation yet... I never had any installation work done. Vox installed the line before. Damn on me for leaving them... If you decide to use Axxess, get a 200 meg line: if you are lucky you'll get 2 megs out of it.
