Impossible to get feedback from Call Centers

I have logged several tickets and never get a response within 48 hours. I am a web designer and host 20 sites with Axxess already and have more than 150 to transfer ....<br> <br> But with the attitude and response times regarding hosting queries, I have my doubts as to whether I should bother
