Impeccable customer service

Best customer service I've had from any company, for any product. We are signed up with Axxess for uncapped fibre on a 10mbs line. The Internet stopped working and after calling their help centre they phoned back regularly until the problem was fixed. No chasing them around or wasting time waiting for service.
