Ignoring of requests/support

I purchased the LTE special from Axxess. A week after purchase, I still received no communication regarding my router, and logged a ticket to request an update. Two days passed, and I still received no response. I posted on Facebook for assistance and was told "there is not timeline for answering tickets". I cancelled my service, and requested a refund for the period that I paid for, but did not receive my device. My tickets, to date, have been ignored and all my posts on Facebook has been ignored and deleted.
