Ignorance is BLISS, Terrible SERVICE!

Axxess, It saddens me to say this but your service is SHOCKING! Shame on you! I hope people see this before they order your service. I ordered a 100mbs up and down months ago, each month I pay and yet you still have not been able to upgrade the line speed. Still sitting on 20mbs line. I have been paying for the 100mbs line for over 3 months. nothing has been done about it. Ignorance is bliss, Yes for ******* and *********** companies like this. Never ever again!
