I urge you to get support staff that can actually provide support. I had to log a issue 3 times before I even got confirmation that it was logged. All your support staff can ever tell me is switch the router on and off, like that was not my first thing to do before making a call to hold on for a lifetime to speak to someone. Not impressed at all. Yet you know how to take your money on time whether you providing a service or not!!!
