I went for a new hosting package on axxess, started working on the website, paid my pro rata for the rest of the month, paid the following month in advance as it should be done, then paid the second month in advance. On about the 15th i get another amount try to come off my account, so I say sorry guys I have already paid, they claim no I paid for last month. so i said no please check your billing, go to my account and see a credit note, buuuuuuttttt my website and domain have all been removed. Their billing is a mess, service even worse. If you are a web developer stay very far away from axxess.
