I pray for wifi and I don't even get it

I would rate it lower if I could, I pay for 75mbps and I only get about 25mbps whenever I try to download/upload something. ALSO about every month my wifi goes down and it takes up to 3 DAYS to come back. I try to call them, to at least get some info but ask they just say is "We know there is a technical issue."
