I paid axxess fibre ...

I paid axxess fibre internet 250 as prorata for signing up fir home wifi, they did not send me a router cos I already have one, they expected me to configure it myself as they do not have field technician, uts been 9 days of no wufi, they do not want to fix their mess, dont want to refund me, its been emails of back n firth with them, please help
