I have a Lack of AXXESS.CO.ZA

So I have Fibre Line Installed by Octatel, absolutely no issues, their line has been up 99% but its the service providers that really drop the ball. So my background,

Installed and Used Cell C for 1.5 Years, up to the last 3 months service went down so regularly when I could not afford being down. I could not get issues resolved fast enough, so I decided to go to Axxess after all they were from my home town. That's where my frustration began. After 1 month the connectivity went down so eratically that I looked for a backup in case - Enter RAIN ( R250 Unlimited between 11pm and 6pm the next day ) Nothings changed with Axxess in month 2 & 3, so I decided to give them a fair time , after so many calls and resets and screenshots to the Tech Department. Its Now 3 Months and Connectivity and up time has got worse.

I currently use my Rain connection which was to be my backup as my main feed - 20 - 65Mbs no problem. However when it comes to "Peak for Rain" 6pmt o 11pm, I have to switch over to axxess, just to totally freak out again at no progress slowor no connection. I am tired of my household asking is the Wifi Down. We literally wait for 11pm to get back onto Rain.

I'm calling in tomorrow to possibly cancel Axxess and rather go slow during Rain Peak R50 per Gig.
