I hate this Company they only care about money nothing else you pay for no service

This company is known for their lies and for missleading their customers with rude chat agents that drops your chat without any help.

Access took my money yet I am without internet for 4 days now she I request call back the don't call back even their managers are hopeless . I asked if there is anything tgey can do for me with regards to internet while the sort out the line issue and I was told NO I'm working from home and this is what they do to their customers please guys do not sign up with this company you will cry my internet goes off every 3 days they don't inform you you need to follow up on your own .***
