I feel **********, and not getting what I paid 4

I just don't know what to say, after two months of constant complaints about the speed of this supposed 4m adsl connection with download speeds maxing out at 100Kbs, in the night. in the day, in the early hours of the moring as in 1am - 5am doesnt really matter what time it is, and I don't abuse , I dont download torrents or any of that kinf of thing. So why do I need to put up with this pathetic service. Their online \check/Fix my line tools don't work"I just feel like my tickets being logged are not taken seriously. I mean they supp**** me with some one gig capped account to test with "
