I called this number *** (Axxess) and it took long for them to answer

I paid Axxess ( R249 )on behalf of VumaTel to deliver & activate my Reuter but still I do not have Internet at my house, , they do not call me or Update me , it's only me who always calling them and they take long to answer the phones,
