I called Axxess call...

I called Axxess call centre to restore my internet connection and the agent puts me on hold for 30 minutes without providing reasons why im on hold and i had to eventually had to end the call because i have been left hanging on for 30 minutes without being informed of reasons why there is a delay in resolution of my query
